Yes Yes, I am officially going crazy.
Its been too long that my ears have been making me crazy. I am just so tired of my ears bothering me, and desperately wish i could go on a holiday from it, maybe come back feeling refreshed, and i can take another plug at it? Too bad life wasn't that way.
I am just really fed up the past few days, i don't know what to do with myself. The dizzyness is back full force, and i am sleeping at a minimum of 18 hours, yet I am still SOO tired.
My oh my. I am such a whiner.
I have to find that quiet place within myself to have some solice.
Anyones tips for relaxation would be gratefully welcome
Take Gentle Care

i know what it feels like to feel like you are going crazy, i am right there, i have been very busy trying to get opinions on this whole ordeal. lisa is the dizziness from meds or the sscd? i know a few people with this and there is treatment to help with that. the fatigue is a big problem, i know a wonderful man who has sscd and has figured out diff things that have made it almost non existant. he has amazed the top docs here. if you would like i can get you in touch with him, he knows very well about this and has seen the experts. did your neuro offer anything for the dizziness? meclazine is good but sedating, but it relieves the dizziness. let me know. take care, lib

Lib I am actually on nothing right now, because i am still waiting for the doctor to get back to me. I stopped taking the medication because it was doing relitivly nothing for me and just leaving me in such a daze that life was just a blur. With regard to the sscd, I am sure that alot of the pressure and dizzyness symptoms are that. But my SM is also back full force. I am just so tired of being medicated and would rather be exhausted naturally then from all the medication. I honestly don't recall much of the months of September through December of last year, and got so tired of the electrical impulse side effects from the drugs that it just wasn't worth taking them anymore. For me the symptom that is driving me batty most at night when i am trying to go to bed is aural fullness. Just an emense amount of pressure in the ear, and down toward the neck. Its a wait and see game for me right now. I have to wait for my dr to get back from holidays. I have little to no idea of what direction we will be taking things, or what other tests we will be doing until then . isn't life exciting. Lisa

hi, i really do know how upsetting this all is, i have unexplainable symptoms. i do get the full ears also. it is horrible. i know you said your neuro suggested cutting the muscles, would he do it or another dr.do it? have you thought anymore on this? i think its what i want, i know there are risks but i think it would be worth it for me. i know one guy who did it and it did not cause any problems yet. when will your dr be back? is it possible one of your p e tubes has become blocked? did you see my post to your last post on the thread i started? if you want more info on sscd, i would be happy to get info from the guy i know or put you in touch. take care, lib
