If you are using Drugs To Help Control Your Myoclonus, can you share what has helped, and how it helps you?
Thanks
Lisa

I was taking Xanax .5mg three times a day for seven months until I found out about Stapedial Myoclonus. (Thanks again Lisa) I then started seeing a neurologist and he replaced my Xanax with Clonazepam at the same dosage. It wasn't helping so I called and asked if it should be working after a week and he said yes and that I should start doubling the dose. I am now taking 1 and 1/2 in the am 1 in the afternoon and 2 in the evening. It's a little better but not good enough. I will go to 2 in the am in the next day or two and see what that does. I really don't want to take 2 in the afternoon as that's when I really struggle with the drowsiness.
