Tinnitus Increase

My tinnitus is becoming more prenounced, or maybe just more noticable due to the medication. I am really frustrated at this point with these spasms and just I think due to the medication to try to control Them. I find that as I am increasing my neurontin to deal with the affects of this I notice that I am continuously having an increase of my Tinnitus, especially at night. I find it drives me crazy, probably because i am in such a drugged up state, that its almost the only thing that I can focus on. And with the SM, I can't listen to another source of noise to drown it out, because unfortunately the other source of noise just sets my ears into spasm. Its rather frustrating.

Any suggestions on how to deal with the tinnitus with the SM?
