I am having a serious case of day night reversal. I don't know what to do about it. I do realize that the human body only requires so much sleep in a day, but I can't seem to get out of falling asleep at 4-5am, and waking at about 3pm.
I am tempted to skip my day time medication, just so that the fatigue kicks in at night and hopefully I can get into a regular schedule.
I have followed all of the advice for those with insomnia, and none of it seems to do much for me.
Does anyone have any advice for me? Have any of you been there?
Thanks for your help
Lisa
